With over 20 years of expertise, we provide tailored services such as custom wigs, medical-grade prosthetics, mesh integration, and more. Our services are crafted to ensure that each client receives a personalized experience designed to restore their hair and boost their confidence.

2. Do You Have Privacy Concerns? We respect your privacy and understand that some clients prefer not to have their transformations shared. We offer a Face Concealment option for those who wish to keep their identity private while still showcasing the beauty of their hair restoration. Your comfort is our priority, and we ensure that you feel confident and cared for throughout the process.

3. How Can You Get in Touch with Taneasha Hines? To ensure the best experience, all communications with Taneasha are handled through scheduled consultations. We do not offer direct phone consultations, as we aim to provide you with the best possible care and focus during our sessions. Consultations are the best way to discuss your hair goals and begin your transformation journey. After booking, you will receive detailed instructions on the next steps. For any non-urgent inquiries, please allow 48-72 hours for a response.

4. What Service Should You Book? If you’re unsure about which service is best for your needs, we recommend booking a consultation. This step helps us understand your goals and ensures you receive a tailored plan that aligns with your specific needs. Consultations will guide you to the most appropriate service, whether it’s hair loss treatment, custom wig design, or advanced hair restoration methods.

5. Can You Bring a Guest or Child to Your Appointment? For the comfort and focus of all clients, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. This helps us maintain a serene environment where your service will be our sole focus, ensuring the best possible experience.

6. What’s Included in Your Service? Each service is personalized to meet your specific needs. All details about your service, including what is included, will be provided during the booking process. If you have any special requests, feel free to discuss them during your consultation.

7. What if You’re Not Happy with Your Service? We want you to be completely satisfied with your transformation. If for any reason you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address any concerns, but please note that we do not offer refunds on services or deposits. Your satisfaction is important, and we will do everything possible to ensure your hair restoration experience is nothing short of exceptional.

8. What About Cancellations and Deposits? If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable, as they help secure your appointment and ensure we are able to serve you with the utmost attention.
